Commercial, Industrial and School Energy Audits
Enhar will undertake a walk through audit looking for opportunities to reduce energy usage. This involves inspecting your school or business premises and providing you with recommendations to reduce your energy demand, greenhouse gas emissions and reduce your spending on energy costs.
Beyond this are Level 2 Audit and Level 3 Audits, as stipulated in Australian Standard 3598:2000 – Energy Audits. These are more comprehensive audits that will calculate energy use, greenhouse gas emissions and costs. A level 2 Audit is based on at least 24 months of energy accounts.
Enhar can assist you to:
- Examine all relevant bills and consumption data and outline scope of audit
- Establish audit baseline and monitor changes (post-audit)
- Establish a database of relevant information and their sources.
- Create profile of the site in terms of energy sources, use, building, equipment and behaviour and associated costs
- Set goals, objectives and timelines, for e.g. reduce annual energy use by 30% after 2 years. A series of recommendations will be made for no or low cost, medium cost and high cost investments
- Predict savings in energy consumption, GHG emissions and costs
- Prioritise energy saving measured according to cost-effectiveness
- Write final report from data gathered during audit
- Evaluate and assess the success of the audit
Our audits are high quality and detailed, allowing you to take the next steps to reduce energy usage.
