Enhar has undertaken initial renewable and efficiency resource modelling for the town of Uralla and evaluated the Zone Substations electricity load. This information is feeding into a five day intensive in the town of Uralla to meet with members of the public and stakeholders and further finesse the options for achieving zero net energy status.
Enhar will be joining the Moreland Energy Foundation and other members of the project team at the intensive.
The intensive will include a Community Day on Saturday 21st February at the council chambers with a BBQ, home energy efficiency workshops, displays and kids activities. There will also be a unique opportunity for businesses in the region to get hear about the opportunities to emerge from the Zero Net Energy Town at the Business Breakfast on Tuesday 24th February.
Further information about these events is available on the ZNET website.
Enhar will be working with Moreland Energy Foundation to conduct free basic energy audits for major businesses in the town.
In the coming days the material for What’s the Context and What’s Possible will appear on the Zero Net Energy Town website so keep your eyes open for updates.
