Natakhan
Demian's mission is to build climate solutions by empowering people with technology. He founded Enhar in 2007 and was joined by Trevor Ackland in partnership in 2011.
Demian is a Chartered Energy Engineer (UK) and Registered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia. He brings over 20 years of experience in taking solar, wind and storage projects from site origination through design and planning to construction.
He leads our utility scale solar and storage division with a focus on and focusses on empowering team to deliver maximum value for our clients, leveraging a team culture of excellence.
His experience includes:
- Delivering portfolio expansion of BESS and solar for global developers
- Site origination and land negotiation
- Securing development approvals for BESS in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to bring projects to financial close

Trevor
Ackland
Trevor prides himself on ensuring quality, compliant and risk free solar and smart energy projects for Enhar clients. He joined Enhar in 2011 as a co-director and to start the commercial solar consulting services division when commercial solar was in its infancy in Australia. He now leads an industry leading team of accredited solar PV engineers and electricians.
His deep understanding of the technical, financial and commercial aspects of C & I projects, coupled with understanding client needs and risks, has been instrumental in the Enhar team becoming the leading consultancy for clients wanting to procure and install quality solar PV, energy storage or EV infrastructure projects.
Clients include several of Australia's largest universities, numerous local councils throughout Australia, Water Authorities and large private companies, providing consulting services from project inception, through to detailed design, tendering, installation, commissioning and ongoing asset management.

David is a SAA accredited A grade electrician and experienced Operations and Project manager within the Solar industry, he has built up an extensive network and knowledge base of the past 12 years in the renewable energy industry. He leads our commercial solar management division, providing technical excellence to your commercial project to ensure quality and optimised results.
David is comprehensively skilled in technical installation, quality and project management, monitoring, post installation quality auditing and asset management. He is results and quality driven, highly motivated, budget focused professional with a strong client service focus.

Roger is a registered electrical engineer with Engineers Australia (NER), Engineers of Queensland (REPQ) and the Clean Energy Council (CEC), with over 20 years' experience in the renewables industry.
He has delivered design detail and managed grid connection applications for every distributor in Australia, from conventional solar PV systems, to complex solar battery hybrid and MW scale behind the meter systems with complex secondary protection controls. He brings technical excellence and an understanding of grid connection requirements for every distributor to your next project; and ensures compliant, best practice and value engineered designs.
Roger leads the engineer solar design team and provides technical input into all commercial projects at Enahr.

Chris
Alderton
Chris is an experienced and certified environmental planning practitioner, working across public and private sectors. His professional experience is supplemented by governance roles in the not-for-profit and business sectors with responsibilities across Australia. His career to date has included the coordination and delivery of environmental impact assessments for major urban, renewables, mining, oil, gas and environmental infrastructure, on site environmental management and auditing.

Ian is a SAA accredited Solar Grid - Connect and Stand-Alone PV Designer with over 14 years' experience in project management, system design, sales and distribution of solar power technologies. He has 3 experience in the feasibility and design of EV infrastructure projects.
Ian has worked within different levels of the solar industry including turnkey solution providers, product manufacturers and wholesale distributors which provides an in-depth knowledge of the solar PV industry. Ian is our NSW regional manager. and has been with Enhar for over 5 years.
He prides himself on effective communication with a wide variety of stakeholders, this coupled with extensive experience and technical knowledge has resulted in a track record of successful projects, ensuring quality, streamlined procurement and de-risking complex projects.

Rana is a professional electrical engineer with SAA Grid connect and off grid design accreditation and 14 years' experience in all aspects of solar power generation and battery hybrid from commercial grid connect to remote area power system detailed design, maintenance and project management.
Rana has an extensive in depth engineering understanding of solar technology and Australian Standards and prides himself on being able to communicate effectively and work with a diverse range of people. His technical understanding and thorough approach has allowed him to successfully build and manage the hybrid off-grid division, optimising and designing complex solar hybrid systems for off grid applications.
Prior to Enhar he completed five years working in Central Australia as project engineer providing technical assistance, design and project management of remote area power systems for Indigenous communities.

Muneeb is a skilled Project Manager with over 13 years of experience in Renewable Energy, focused on designing and managing medium to large-scale solar projects across Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. His expertise spans Utility, C&I, SME and Residential sectors, reflecting his capability in managing diverse solar and BESS projects.

Andrew has a strong understanding of solar energy and battery technologies from commercial through to utility scale providing analysis-based advice and research. He is an experienced engineer with a track record in commercial, community and utility solar power and battery storage consulting projects. He explains complex energy projects issues with minimal jargon, through effective written and verbal communication.

Ryan is a CEC accredited grid connected, hybrid and standalone A-grade electrician; and Mechatronics engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the electrical and renewables industry and 3 years in EV infrastructure projects. He takes great pride in delivering projects that are to the highest possible workmanship standards, exceeding Australian standards and best practice to ensure the long performance and safety of the asset.
Over this time he has been instrumental in the on-site quality management of solar power systems on a wide ranging scale from 2kW to over 2MW; as well as both residential scale and commercial on and off grid solar battery systems.
With a career encompassing both solar installation, engineering and automation, Ryan is skilled in the integration of systems into monitoring/building management systems, third-party devices and load management systems. He has bought these skills and knowledge to lead Electric Vehicle charging infastructure upgrade projects, modelling future EV demand and designing electrical upgrade requirements.

Greg is an experienced project manager and A grade, SAA accredited electrician with over 10 years’ experience in the commercial solar and battery industry, as a trusted professional and project manager. Prior to joining Enhar, he worked with various solar/battery EPC contractors as quality manager, technical supervisor and project manager. At Enhar, Greg has project managed large complex multi-site solar and smart energy roll outs.
He prides himself on ensuring solar PV, battery hybrid and EVSE projects are installed to the highest workmanship standards and comply with and exceed Australian Standards, industry codes and best practice.

Kevin Charles
Pabalinas
Accomplished and highly skilled electrical engineer with extensive experience in designing electrical systems for solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. As a nominee for the role of Solar & BESS Design Engineer, he is responsible for LV and HV engineering, as well as designing solar arrays and BESS systems.
With a Bachelor's degree and a Masters in Electrical Engineering, Kevin has a solid academic foundation, which has been complemented by his practical experience in designing medium voltage and high voltage electrical systems. Rosalie is a highly experienced electrical and solar engineer with a decade of experience as a lead electrical engineer at SunPower Corporation, where she was responsible for the design and implementation of electrical and mechanical systems for commercial and utility-scale solar projects. Her expertise in PV electrical, mechanical design, protection schematics, site plans, and electrical layout was instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous high-profile solar installations.
With over 12 years of experience in solar PV engineering for commercial and utility projects, Rosalie has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field. Her experience includes working on both large-scale and small-scale projects, giving her a unique perspective on the industry.
Prior to joining Enhar, Rosalie worked as a freelance design engineer, where she supported various clients in the engineering design of commercial and utility projects. She leverages her extensive knowledge and expertise to help clients design and implement solar projects that are efficient, cost-effective, and reliable.
Rosalie holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree and is a member of Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, ensuring that she stays up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in her field. Her dedication to staying on the cutting edge of the industry has earned her a reputation as a top-performing solar engineer.

Mike is a highly experienced GIS professional with an impressive 17-year history in the mapping industry and significant infrastructure projects, has recently joined our dynamic team. Prior to joining us, he held pivotal roles in mapping companies and made substantial contributions to projects such as the North South commuter railway and the Metro Manila Subway Project. Proficient in GIS software systems, including ESRI’s products, Summit Evolution Photogrammetric Software, 3D compilation, Lidar Project (Filtering) 3D, QGIS Software, Open Jump Software, Sketchup, and AutoCAD Civil 3D, Mike consistently delivers excellence in designing and integrating databases based on geographical specifications. The Enhar Story
Enhar commenced business in 2006 to support the development of renewable energy projects.
Since 2010, the Enhar team has successfully completed a wide range of solar PV consultancy services for various Universities, councils and large energy users, from project inception through to commissioning and ongoing maintenance ensuring quality results and de-risking complex projects.
As the team continued to grow, with experienced SAA electricians and additional certified engineers, so did the scale of complexity of projects. From detailed design of complex on grid solar/battery systems, MW scale solar systems and off grid power systems in remote areas, as well as EV charging infrastructure projects.
Enhar provides project development, site finding, planning services, design and grid management support to various international and local project developers; as well as owners engineer and lenders engineer to project owners.
Grant Funding
Enhar also assists clients to apply for government grants, which are used to improve the sustainability of an organisations.
Since conception, Enhar have acquired $1.5M+ in grant funding for clients in Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales for solar PV, variable speed drive air compressors, LWD lighting and more.
