Enhar has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and efficient Land and Development Approvals Project Manager to join our growing team. The key skill we will recruit is project management with proven track record in taking responsibility for project outcomes including:

  • Land agreements executed, development approvals secured.
  • Delivery to high quality and commercially successful outcomes with financial acumen as well as technical project understanding.
  • Experience in BESS, solar, and/or wind projects highly regarded, with understanding of how to orchestrate land, permits and grid to enable projects to reach financial close.

HV Engineer

As HV Design Engineer, you will join a team of highly skilled experts delivering renewable energy projects to our clients. This role includes assessing connection options for assessment of solar farms and battery energy storage systems on transmission and distribution networks.

You will be managing the key technical aspects throughout the development of major renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on MV, HV and substation design and analysis and assisting the grid connection processes. This role requires;

  • Designing and developing MV and HV substations and other electrical systems / infrastructure alongside technical documentation, specifications, scopes and other relevant documents.
  • Be part of major proposals and estimating project costs as well as providing strategic technical advice for new solar and BESS connections.
  • Lead process improvements where appropriate to ensure a high-quality approach to technical specifications, concept designs, and project delivery.
