Another Solar Milestone Reached for University of Melbourne

Our final installation compliance audit was completed recently at the University of Melbourne’s Shepparton Campus, finalising yet another stage in the University’s solar PV roll and bringing the total rooftop capacity designed and managed by Enhar to over 2.7MW.

This stage of solar installations was a complex set of projects ranging from small systems on multi-storey buildings in the CBD, additional capacity at the Southbank Campus and a larger system at Shepparton. Again with all the usual complexities of a University project surrounding safe roof hardware, stakeholder management, structural certification, grid preapproval, complex site and access requirements.

We have managed the University of Melbourne’s solar PV roll out since 2015 as Owner’s engineers and superintendents, taking the projects from inception to final commissioning and ensuring a quality outcome for the University.  We continue to provide monitoring and asset management for all of the Universities 2.7MW of solar assets.

We would like to thank the University of Melbourne team for leading the way.  Also thanks to our commercial team leader Ian Foster for bringing this complex range of projects to a quality completion.
