Practical completion reached: 2.66MW La Trobe Bundoora Project
It was time for celebration today, with the certificate of practical completion issued by the Enhar team for the 2.66MW La Trobe University Bundoora Solar Project.
Enhar completed feasibility, concept designs and business cases for various design options, provided tender design and documentation, and managed a Request for Tender for supply and installation. Through the implementation and commissioning phase we provided superintendent, owners engineer and quality management services.
A challenging and complex project from inception through to commissioning, encompassing 31 separate buildings, 2 high voltage electrical networks, high voltage network shutdowns, and a Jemena approved 4G controlled grid protection system; in addition to complex stakeholder management/ communication, unforeseen project delays and COVID restrictions.
We would like to thank the La Trobe University Net Zero team for their continued trust in Enhar in managing and advising on complex solar projects.
Also thanks to our lead project manager David Kincaid for ensuring a quality outcome for the University throughout the implementation phase.
When we can have a beer together to celebrate, we will!
